Ingredients:

  • 180g spaghetti (1.6mm)

  • 2L water

  • 20g salt (for boiling pasta)

  • 2 salmon fillets (200g), cut into bite-sized pieces

  • ½ bunch spinach, roughly chopped

  • 200cc milk

  • 100cc water

  • A pinch of salt

  • A pinch of black pepper

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 2 tsp consommé powder

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 10g salted butter

  • Grated cheese (optional, for topping)

  • Freshly ground black pepper (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salmon:
Season both sides of the salmon pieces with salt and black pepper.

  2. Cook the Salmon and Spinach:
Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook until golden brown on both sides. Then, add the spinach and sauté until wilted.

  3. Make the Creamy Sauce:
Sprinkle the flour over the salmon and spinach, stirring to coat evenly. Slowly add the milk, water, and consommé powder, stirring constantly. Simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens.

  4. Cook the Pasta:
In a separate pot, bring 2L of water to a boil and add 20g of salt. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  5. Combine and Serve:
Add the cooked pasta to the creamy sauce and mix well to coat evenly. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

  6. Garnish and Enjoy:
Serve immediately, topped with grated cheese and freshly ground black pepper for extra flavor.
